Can you offer procurement?

Yes, we are able to provide our clients with a one-stop service. We order FF&E items on behalf of our clients and project manage the installation.

Are you able to provide architectural and structural advice?

Yes, we work with our own team of architects who will advise on structural issues, plus we are happy to liaise with client appointed architects and contractors.

Do you just design for large commercial projects?

No. Some of our clients just require a small design input on commercial ventures, such as working drawings for joinery items, or installation of soft furnishings.

How do you charge?

Our fees are flexible to suit the project. We can either offer a procurement service with an inbuilt design fee, or we can charge a separate design fee which is either fixed or at a negotiated percentage.

When purchasing and ordering on behalf of our clients, we pass on our trade discounts.
